Does not work on DPI/Scaling settings above 100%

current setup (scaling 150% on HDTV with HDMI connection for pc) was not giving me a GUI or systray icon. setting it back to "normal" (100%) or "smaller"(75%) brought me the GUI and systray icon. However despite not showig me the GUI the program was using more then 50% of my cpu power trying to get that GUI up
