Higher quality default format settings.

Currently the default format settings are CBR 128kbps mp3. You shouldn't default to CBR modes, VBR modes (specially with the encoder you're using) are much more efficient. Also, in the program it says 120kbps when it's actually 128kbps.

Allow to set FLAC compression options.

Currently if the output format selected is FLAC there's no way of selecting its compression setting, even though all of them are lossless it may be preferred to choose one over another.

Okay... What makes you decide a directory inside %ProgramFiles% or %ProgramFiles(x86)% is reasonable as an output one? Those directories are for program files, period. They're not to write program's output or even setting files! For setting...

Changing the default sound card is nice and all, but everything is going through there. For example if you're doing other stuff while recording a radio and there's a system sound it gets recorded as well. This may actually not be possible,...

You're leaving plenty of stuff in the program's folder: some gdb files, settings, ... That should not be allowed in a commercial program.
